FAQ & HELP
A few clear answers.
What you can explore now, what is still being developed and where to find official information.
Can I start the full course today?
Not yet. This website introduces the curriculum and teaching approach. The lesson player and progress are being developed privately; full public course access is not yet open.
Is CitizenLingo connected to USCIS?
No. CitizenLingo is independent educational preparation. It is not affiliated with USCIS, does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee passing or approval.
Which civics test is this course for?
The draft uses the official 2025 bank of 128 questions. Check your applicable test version directly with USCIS. This site does not determine your eligibility or test requirements.
Is there Spanish support?
The curriculum includes draft Spanish explanations that need review. All public pages are available in English and Spanish. Use the language selector to switch. English practice examples remain in English. A Spanish website does not mean the official test is conducted in Spanish.
How can I book a session or get support?
Live booking is not yet open. For CitizenLingo support, email support@citizenlingo.com. Do not send immigration documents or sensitive case details.
Is the older-adult pathway ready?
No. Its scope and teaching language need confirmation. Consult official USCIS guidance about exceptions and accommodations rather than relying on this website for eligibility decisions.
